I loved discovering the hidden mysteries of the Tower of London; it is an impressive fortress, and hearing its history was like diving into that era. I enjoyed it very much. I definitely recommend it.

A very comprehensive exhibition, and I got a great audio guide that explained everything in a highly engaging way. I would gladly recommend this visit.

The purchase process was very simple and quick, and everything went well afterwards. The tour is highly recommended; we were able to get through the entrance with the digital ticket on the app without any issues.

We had booked tickets online in advance to visit Tower Bridge on a Friday at 4:30 PM. In hindsight, this wasn't necessary because you could easily buy tickets at the ticket office until 5:00 PM. The website stated that you should be there at least 15 minutes early, otherwise you wouldn't be allowed in due to your personal time slot. This caused us a lot of stress because our flight was unfortunately delayed by hours. We ended up arriving fifteen minutes 'late' at Tower Bridge, despite skipping checking in at our hotel. We were still allowed inside with our reservation, as long as you entered before 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, our suitcase wasn't allowed inside and there was nowhere to store it. We were sent to a location at the end of the bridge where they supposedly allowed it, but unfortunately, we walked there for nothing. As a result, one of us didn't go inside in order to stay with the suitcase. That made our experience a bit less enjoyable. However, the visit itself was very special and fun. The glass floor was probably the best part. The engine room is beautifully presented for those who are interested. It really has the feel of a museum visit. Personally, I'm not that into it, so I walked through it quickly.

The staff was very attentive in answering questions and very friendly when we asked for photos or additional information. The schedule was impeccable; everything worked exactly as described.
